Mutoh has launched a new flexible UV-LED ink. CMYK UV-LED inks are developed for Mutoh's special and industrial printers and are also available as White and Varnish. They are completely VOC-free and do not contain air pollutants (no HAP). In the LED printing process, no heat is released, which means that it is possible to print on heat-sensitive materials.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Flexible - also for a longer period of time<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The ink is so flexible that the printed material can be stretched up to 180%, and then it can be curled and folded without the print cracking. Both solid materials and roll media can be printed for e.g. signs, backlit, vacuum forming, but it can also be used for soft materials, such as. soft plastic Iphone covers.<\/div>
The ink is particularly good for heavy packaging of cars with deep seams, where there is a real need to be able to stretch the material without changing the print. It is permanently stretchable - even after a long time.\u00a0<\/div>
