We are welcoming two new faces to NIZE equipment as Amanda Özek and Laura Ølgaard join our team. They will have different areas of responsibility, but their roles share the same purpose: to help us build an even stronger organisation – both internally and in the way we work with our customers.
Amanda will help keep everyday operations running smoothly
Amanda joins our administration team and will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the office.
She will be one of the first faces customers and partners meet when visiting NIZE equipment. In addition, she will work with finance, administrative tasks and the many small and large ad hoc tasks that help keep everything running smoothly.
Amanda brings experience from customer support as well as project management. This gives her a strong combination of structure, customer focus and the ability to coordinate many different tasks at the same time.
With Amanda on the team, we are strengthening our administrative organisation and adding more resources behind the scenes – allowing the rest of the organisation to focus even more on customers, service, sales and development.
Laura will build on Customer Success
Laura takes over the role as Customer Success Manager from Maja and will become an important link between our customers, sales team and the rest of the organisation.
With a background in project management and event planning, Laura will be involved in planning and coordinating our trade shows, events and customer activities.
But the Customer Success role at NIZE equipment is also evolving. Going forward, we will put even more focus on how digital solutions can support our sales activities, make follow-up easier, create structure and contribute to a strong customer experience throughout the entire relationship with NIZE equipment.
Laura will help us build on the strong foundation created by Maja while developing the role alongside our organisation and the way we work with sales and customers.
More skills – one shared goal
For us, growth is not only about more machines, more customers or new markets. It is also about having the right organisation behind the business.
With Amanda and Laura joining the team, we are adding new skills within administration, customer support, project management, events and digital sales processes. This gives us more structure internally and more resources to continue developing the way we work with our customers.
