If you have any questions about our processing of your personal data, you can contact us at info@nizeequipment.com.

NIZE equipment collects personal data about you when you or the company you represent enter into an agreement with us, either as a customer or supplier.

We only collect necessary personal data for specific purposes, which you can read more about below, and we delete your data again when there is no longer a legitimate purpose for processing it.

How does NIZE equipment collect personal data?

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Via email, telephone and contact forms on our website
  • Via browser cookies - see our cookie policy
  • Via our email if you are looking for a job with us
  • Via social media
  • Via exhibitions

When you are a customer, supplier or other business partner – or on your way to becoming one

When we initiate a dialogue about possible trade with the company you represent, we collect your contact information. The same applies if, for example, you represent a supplier and we are in dialogue with a view to carrying out tasks or services for NIZE equipment.

If we start a customer or supplier relationship or collaborate in another way, we process your contact information in order to be able to maintain dialogue and cooperation, prepare the basis of the agreement and to be able to deliver our services and products.

Purpose of processing personal data:

Administration of your relationship with NIZE equipment, including invoicing and bookkeeping as well as sales and marketing.

What personal data do we process:

Mainly name, company, position, telephone and e-mail. If you contact us via the contact form, we will also process the information you provide in this form.
The legal basis for our processing of personal data follows from the data protection regulation article 6, 1, b) and 6, 1, c) as well as 6, 1, f) – legitimate interest. The legitimate interest we pursue is the possibility of dialogue and the establishment of cooperation.

Storage of personal data:

We store your information as long as we have a valid reason. We have this for as long as a customer or supplier relationship exists and for a period thereafter.

When a customer or supplier relationship ends, we assess which information should be deleted and which should be saved, as well as how long the information should be saved. We are, for example, obliged to store certain information for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Marketing

We only process your personal data for marketing purposes if you have given your consent in accordance with GDPR art. 6(1)(a) to e.g. to receive newsletters, invitations to events, participate in competitions or the like. The scope of our processing appears from the specific consent.
If you have given consent to receive marketing from us, we generally process information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or using the link to this in the newsletters you receive.

We keep documentation of your consent as long as you receive marketing or participate in our marketing.

In some cases, we can supplement our information about you with the information you continuously give us, e.g. leisure interests, so that we can make our marketing as relevant as possible for you and e.g. invite to relevant events. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(f), as we consider that our interest in offering you the best service outweighs your interest in such general information - which you provide us - not being processed. Of course, you always have the opportunity to gain insight into such information and have it deleted. Read more about your rights below.
