Our values & Why
At NIZE Equipment we follow "The NIZE Way". The customer always comes first, and we do what is expected... and preferably a little more. It is in the company's DNA to help our customers as best as possible and to create good working relationships with our customers.
Our values are divided into four points

Our values are reflected in our daily work
Whether it is in the office, with customers or when we teach our customers in our demo and application center, our values are part of our way of working.
At the same time, we also feel a responsibility towards our society. We regularly have school classes on company visits and interns.
Our NIZE charity is our way of making a difference and taking responsibility by giving donations to those who make a difference within a specific area. For example, communities, children and young people's well-being, nature & environment and mental health.

A valuable business partner
When we continuously optimize our services, when we develop new innovative solutions, when our sales representatives advise on printers, cutting tables, software and production optimization, it is based on a wish to be a valuable partner for our customers.

"In my department, all values are most often at stake. I always follow up on the solutions we have made for the customer, so I am sure that they get the highest possible service and so that we can solve their problems immediately. In addition, it is incredibly important for me to pass on information to our customers, so that I ensure that they are as well involved in the process as possible. It is important that the customers always experience high quality here, and if they have a problem that I cannot solve, I do not give up, but look to the supplier, so that I, together with them, can solve the customer's problem. We are solution-oriented, so we don't give up.”

"When a customer orders goods in our webshop before 12, the package will be sent the same day. However, we have experienced a few times that technical problems have meant that the purchase has not been registered before 12. When this happened, we still made sure to send the package manually outside the system, so that the customer did not notice that there was an error in our system. It may well have been a hassle for us, but the customer comes first!”
