Are you good at relationships, structure and coordination? 

Do you want a day where no two days are the same? Do you like making things happen, following up with customers and being the one who ties the threads together between sales, service and suppliers? Then you might be the one we are looking for. At NIZE equipment we are looking for a Customer Success Manager for a central role in our internal sales and back office team.

You will be an important support for our salespeople in the Nordics and will have a daily routine with customer follow-up, coordination, offers, supplier contact, events and customer activities. At the same time, you will help ensure that our customers get the experience that makes them choose us again. If you have ambitions to be a salesperson yourself, that opportunity will be accommodated.

Your tasks

  • Customer follow-up and Customer Success
  • Internal sales support and back office for our salespeople
  • Offer follow-up and coordination of sales activities
  • Contact with international suppliers
  • Newsletters
  • Maintenance of webshop and quotation system
  • Trade fairs, showrooms and customer events
  • Coordination between customers, sales and service

Who are you?

You may come from customer service, administration, sales support or the graphics industry.
It may also be that you are a recent graduate in office, administration or commerce and ready to take on responsibility from day one.

  • Thrives with many different tasks
  • Is proactive and solution-oriented
  • Has a flair for IT and digital tools
  • Communicates professionally in Danish and English
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and follow up with customers
 

With us, tasks are not only solved behind a screen. We believe in personal dialogue, and the telephone is therefore an important tool in everyday life.
We sell technical solutions to the graphic industry. Therefore, an interest in technical sales and technical products is an advantage. You don't have to be an expert, but you must be willing to learn.

NIZE equipment delivers printing, software, automation and cutting solutions to customers throughout the Nordic and Baltic regions.
We work with some of the industry's strongest international brands and have daily contact with both customers and suppliers across borders. Therefore, a high level of English is a requirement. We are around 20 colleagues based in Odder. Here, the pace is fast, decision-making is short and there are many activities throughout the year. Practical information
