Service-minded technician for customers across the Nordics
Do you like solving technical challenges, working hands-on with pro equipment and making customers feel confident and well-supported? Then this role might be a perfect fit – whether you come from print production, electrical work or mechanical engineering.
Your role...
You will be the technician our customers rely on. The one who gets their production running smoothly, installs new equipment and ensures they get the best possible start. Your tasks include:
- Installing large format uv printers, cutting tables and routers
- Service, repairs and preventive maintenance
- Customer training in daily operations
- Software training such as Caldera
- Remote technical support by phone and email
- Reporting and documentation
- Communication with suppliers
- Daily contact with the service team and NIZE equipment office
Who are you?
You have a solid technical mindset and enjoy understanding how things work. You might be a print operator, press operator, electrician, mechanic or come from another technical field.
You:
- Learn fast and enjoy developing your skills
- Work independently and like having responsibility
- Explain things clearly and make customers feel supported
- Stay focused when things get busy
- Are structured, service-minded and solution-oriented
- Speak and write English
Experience with graphics, mechanics, electronics or software is a plus – but not required. We will train you thoroughly.
How you work
You will start from home or a local office and visit customers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltic countries. Expect 6–9 travel days with accommodation per month, plus supplier training in Europe and team meetings at HQ in Odder.
