World’s first Topi printer installed in Denmark

swissQprint’s new flatbed platform makes its world premiere on the island Lolland-Falster in south of Denmark.

As the first company in the world, OnOff Skilte og Reklame has installed the brand-new Topi flatbed printer from swissQprint. The world’s first installation has taken place on Lolland-Falster – a small island in Denmark, where the investment marks an important step in the continued development of OnOff Skilte og Reklame.

A new generation of flatbed technology

Topi is swissQprint’s latest flatbed platform, developed with a focus on high productivity, flexibility and operational reliability. The printer is designed for graphic companies with small to medium print volumes that require uncompromising quality and the ability to expand their product portfolio. With up to 10 colour channels, including white, varnish and neon colours, Topi opens up a wide range of applications within signage, displays, interior décor and specialty production.

A strategic choice for the future

For OnOff Skilte og Reklame, the investment in Topi has been a deliberate and long-term decision, with a clear focus on strengthening production and creating a solid foundation for future development. With Topi, the company has chosen a solution that supports both current tasks and the requirements expected to arise going forward.“We have had swissQprint in mind for quite some time, and with Topi we have found a solution that fits our production and our ambitions for the future,” says partner Martin Ravn.

Delivered by NIZE equipment

The installation was delivered and completed by NIZE equipment, making the company the first in the world to sell and install Topi. In connection with the installation, NIZE equipment presented OnOff Skilte og Reklame with an official certificate to mark the world’s first Topi installation.“Topi is developed for graphic companies that want high quality and flexibility without compromising on operational efficiency. In the dialogue with OnOff Skilte og Reklame, it was clear that Martin Ravn had a clear vision of how the technology should be actively used in the business,” says Per Kyndbøl, NIZE equipment.

That the world premiere of Topi takes place in Denmark – and outside major urban areas – underlines that technological innovation in the graphic industry is not defined by geography, but by ambition, willingness to invest and a focus on future-ready production.
